1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing NeuraLab, our digital services, and AI-powered flowability analysis tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These services are provided by A.A. ARIA di Angelotti Alex. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Payments and Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles all transaction-related returns. Your payment data is processed securely by Paddle and is never stored on NeuraLab AI servers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. NeuraLab AI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our security policies or these Terms and Conditions.

4. Service Description

NeuraLab AI provides a SaaS platform for laboratory data processing and technical reporting specialized in granular materials. While our AI models are trained for high precision, the accuracy of the generated reports depends on the data quality provided by the user. NeuraLab AI does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our analysis tools.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, AI models, logos, and report formats are the exclusive property of A.A. ARIA di Angelotti Alex. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for their internal business purposes. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, scraping, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the platform.

6. Refund and Cancellation

Due to the nature of digital content, once the service is accessed or a technical report is generated, you expressly agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal expires immediately upon commencement of service delivery.

Refund requests are handled via Paddle.com. If you encounter technical malfunctions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of NeuraLab AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuraLab AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to the Service

NeuraLab AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Italy / European Union. A.A. ARIA di Angelotti Alex and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of your jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
